Mica and I are both big fans of Pop Physique! There are Studios in both LA and SF so most Sunday afternoons we talk as we are both heading out to a class. There is something about this class that hits the spot. You get an amazing totally body workout while lengthening your muscles. No bulky legs in here. Long lean dancer like thighs are the goal. And maybe even just for a moment I believe I have them, I pick myself up after class. Its that minute after class when I look down at my body and appreciate the strength and determination that makes it worth it. And then the giant breakfast after brings me right back to reality.
